Mining Services
Comprehensive Mining Services
End-to-end solutions across the mining lifecycle — from regulatory compliance to planning, environment, software, and training.
Statutory & Regulatory Compliance
Complete liaison with DGMS, State DGM, and IBM. General mine plans, surface working plans, ventilation plans, lighting plans, emergency plans, mineral despatch permits, annual returns, and full compliance lifecycle management.
Mine Development & Operation
End-to-end mine development from reconnaissance to production. Overburden removal, bench development, haul road construction, dewatering systems, and operational management for both opencast and underground mines.
Blasting & Safety Consultancy
Blast design, vibration monitoring, fly-rock risk assessment, explosion probability studies, and comprehensive safety audits. DGMS circular compliance and mine safety management plans.
Vibration Monitoring Certification (DGMS)
Certified blast vibration monitoring as per DGMS norms — seismograph deployment, PPV and air overpressure measurement, and DGMS-acceptable monitoring reports for statutory compliance near structures, villages, and sensitive installations.
Vibration Monitoring & Scientific Study
Scientific blast-induced vibration studies — ground vibration attenuation (scaling law) analysis, site-specific safe charge weight determination, structural response assessment, and long-term monitoring programmes with technical reports.
Air Quality Monitoring Certification
Certified ambient air quality monitoring for statutory compliance — stack and ground monitoring stations, instrument calibration certificates, NAAQS exceedance reporting, and validated data submission to CPCB and SPCB.
Air Quality Monitoring & Scientific Study
Dispersion modeling and prediction-error studies for open-pit mines — AERMOD and CALPUFF source apportionment, meteorological data analysis, model validation against monitored concentrations, and uncertainty quantification.
Mine Planning & Design
Feasibility studies, conceptual and detailed mine plans, production scheduling, pit optimization, and reserve estimation for safe, profitable, and sustainable mining operations.
Environmental Consultancy
EIA/EMP preparation, forest clearance, pollution control board compliance, progressive mine closure plans, and environmental clearance under the ESG framework.
Software & Digital Solutions
Custom Android and desktop applications for mining operations — blast reporting, mine planning, HR management, compliance tracking, and IoT-powered fleet intelligence.
Training & Skill Development
Professional training programmes in mine safety, blasting, environmental management, and statutory compliance. Academic partnerships, curriculum design, and placement services.
Questions About Our Mining Services
How engagements are scoped and priced, what a compliance audit covers, and where our work is on site versus remote.
Both. Most clients start with a defined piece of work — a blast design review, a DGMS compliance audit, a vibration survey — and move to a retainer once the recurring work is clear. A one-off needs no commitment beyond its own scope.
We check your statutory returns and registers against the Mines Act 1952 and MMR 1961, verify mine plans and inspection records are current, confirm statutory certificates are valid, and produce a prioritised list of gaps with the fix for each. You get a written report, not a spreadsheet of findings.
Yes. We assist with licence applications and renewals, prepare the required documentation, and review your magazine, storage and handling arrangements against PESO rules. We do not supply explosives; we handle the regulatory side.
Both. On-site work is usually needed for blast design, vibration monitoring and geotechnical assessment, where measurements must be taken at the face. Compliance documentation, software configuration and training can be delivered remotely across India and internationally.
Scoped to the work, then quoted in writing. Compliance retainers are monthly; blast design, surveys and technical studies are per project; training is per programme. We send a tailored quote within 48 hours of a site visit or data review, and we do not charge for the initial scoping conversation.
A document review or compliance audit runs 1–3 weeks. A blast design study including trial blasting and fragmentation analysis runs 3–8 weeks. Software deployment with data migration is typically 4–12 weeks depending on how many sites and record types you have.
