Questions About the Mining Apps
Offline behaviour, licensing, data ownership and which of the seventeen applications fits a given operation.
Blast reporting, DGMS compliance tracking, explosives register and magazine management, drill-and-blast planning, production and shift reporting, HR and attendance for mine crews, mine safety incident tracking, environmental monitoring logs, IoT fleet telemetry, AI document checking for statutory filings, and a digital twin of the operation. They share one data model, so a blast record feeds the compliance return without re-entry.
Yes. Every field tool stores its data locally and synchronises when the connection returns, so a shift underground or at a remote site is never lost to a dead link. Nothing is overwritten in the meantime, and conflicts are resolved explicitly rather than silently.
Per site, per user, with the module set you actually need. A single-module licence is available for an operation that only needs blast reporting or only needs compliance tracking; the full suite is priced as a platform. Perpetual and annual terms are both available, and the annual term includes the regulatory updates that keep the forms current.
Yes. We integrate with Tally, SAP and common ERP and data historian platforms, and we can read directly from your existing databases. Where a system exposes an API we use it; where it does not, we build a clean import rather than a fragile screen scrape.
You keep it, in open formats. Every application exports to CSV and Excel, and the full schema is documented, so nothing is held hostage by our platform. We would rather earn the renewal than rely on a migration threat.
No. Most clients run the field apps on a tablet or shared terminal and use the web console for everything else. If you would rather not manage it at all, we offer a managed service covering hosting, backups, user support and regulatory updates.
No, and we will not sell it as one. It checks a filing against the current requirement set and flags what is missing, inconsistent or out of date, which removes most of the mechanical work. The judgement call and the signature still come from a qualified professional, and that is where our consultants do the part that needs them.
